NaNo...I just can't force myself to write that much (on the whole) in a month, nor can I write a little bit everyday. I'm the type that when I sit down to write, I write a lot. With the main fic I'm working on now, I tend to churn out 3500 words (at minimum) over the course of a day.
Yeah. I sit to write, and I don't move til its done, LOL.
If you email it to snarkyimp@gmaildotcom it'll be put in a place of honor on my hard drive.
LOL. As soon as I return to the ol' abode ~ surprisingly, my lists of books are not something I keep on my flash drive (perhaps I should remedy this).
I was told that SVH was too "old" and didn't move well enough.
It's out of print - how can it not move well enough???
They'd taken out my SVH (and SVU) and crammed all the YA stuff together to make it smaller than ever before, while the romance section proudly ate yet another bookcase.
Tragic. And I say this as someone who shops extensively in the romance secondhand market (have you seen the price of a paperback these days? D: Only my favorite favorite autobuy authors get full price out of me these days).
That and the whole Beast storyline in SVT and it just got weird in the middle school.
I...definitely stopped reading SVT before things got weird. SVH, on the other hand, I think I stuck with through the pom-pom boys-as-cheerleaders bit before petering out.
